All garment orders are manufactured from scratch to ensure that you receive the best quality possible. Our current production time is around 2 weeks (Not inclusive of delivery time). Thank you for your patience and understanding with regards to our production time.
For local deliveries, we use Singapore Post with the option of 1) Regular Post* or 2) Registered Post.
*Note to customers: Regular post option does not offer any tracking option; thus Sonata Dancewear will not be held liable for any missing packages or items damaged during delivery. We highly encourage customers to opt for the registered post for tracking of their parcel.
For international deliveries, we use DHL, Express Worldwide service. For more information on the service, please check here.

While we try our best to ship packages out in the time frame above, please note that manufacturing time may vary depending on the volume of your order. Naturally, a larger volume of purchase would take a longer manufacturing and delivery time. We will notify you of any delays via email.
For international customers, please note that the delivery times are estimated based on the date of dispatch from Singapore and are applicable to major cities only. Your package may be subject to your local customs inspection and as such, will entail a longer delivery time.

For international customers, please note that your items may be subject to your local customs taxes, charges, or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping rates.
Sometimes items may become unavailable after the transaction has been completed, especially for made-to-order products like garments. If an item in your order will be delayed, we will contact you via email so that you may choose to split your order and ship out the available items first, or wait for the entire order to be completed and shipped at once. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fee for the second shipment should you choose to split the delivery.
